Shipping & Delivery

We deliver our print editions via standard mail throughout Malaysia. For our local subscribers, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days in urban areas and 7-10 business days in rural areas. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

When you start a new subscription, your first issue will arrive with the next available publication. If you have digital access included in your subscription, you'll be able to access our online content immediately after we confirm your subscription.

If you need to change your delivery schedule or address, please let us know at least 5 business days before the next issue to ensure uninterrupted service.

Missing or Damaged Issues

We take pride in ensuring your newspaper arrives in perfect condition. If you don't receive your issue within the expected delivery window, please report it to us within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date. We'll gladly replace any damaged copies at no additional cost to you, and we'll ship your replacement copy within 3 business days. To report any delivery issues, simply contact our customer service team with your subscription ID and delivery address.

Refunds

There are no refunds once payment is processed.

 

Cancellation

We make canceling your subscription straightforward and hassle-free. You can cancel at any time through your online account or by contacting our customer service team. We don't charge any cancellation fees. Your subscription will continue until the end of your paid period.
